Additional Info: This commissioned piece was made from English materials throughout (to the best of my knowledge) and treated with all the care and respect a sacred knife is due.

That said, this is a very tough knife. The blade is range hardedned giving the cutting edge a RC of 59-60 and the spine is down in the 40'sRC (like a spring). The spine has an inch or so of 3D file work and a selection of runes for protection and success, as does the leather tag that secures the knife into it's sheath.
