Additional Info: A great general purpose kitchen knife. This blade has been heat treated to hold a very keen edge, so no undoing screws with it!! That said its still very tough.

I have started to use what I call a 'machined' satin finish on my kitchen knives. This is a 400 grit finish that will allow a patina to develop quickly but will not mar when cleaned with a scouring pad.
