Sheath: Brown Leather with red overlay and Sodalite stone inlayed

Additional Info: I don't normally make big knives, but a knifemaker friend of mine wanted to know how to forge big blades and the only way to tell him was to make one! We made these big knives for British Blades cutting competition that never happened.

I based this on the Anglo-Saxon Seax, but with a stronger handle format. This is a real chopper, capable of cutting through all sorts of daft things. Or it would look great sitting on teh sideboad on display.
